Applying to the W Fund

The W Fund is focused on seed and early-stage investments in start-ups forming out of universities and research institutions in Washington state. The Fund targets initial investments of up to $500K and seeks to partner with other venture and angel groups on larger investments.

At this time, the W Fund is no longer accepting applications for investment consideration. 

To provide an overview of the application review process: if passed initial application review, W Fund will invite selected companies to give brief presentations to the W Fund Screening Committee. Companies that pass screening will undergo further due diligence and may be invited to give a formal presentation to the Investment Committee of the W Fund.
