Perry Fell is currently Chairman of the Board for Prevencio, a Seattle startup developing a clinical diagnostic test for cardiovascular disease. As an active member of the local biotech community, Dr. Fell also co-founded Seattle Genetics and served as CEO and President. During his tenure with Seattle Genetics, he guided the company from startup through IPO. He has also served as President and Chairman of NanoString Technologies and invested in and helped Impel Neuropharma get started. Formerly, he was also a Director of the Molecular Immunology Department at Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Dr. Fell received his MBA from the University of Washington and has a PhD in Immunology from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Dallas. Dr. Fell has authored 30 scientific papers and holds 9 patents. He was an Ernst & Young Pacific Northwest Entrepreneur of the Year award finalist in 2002.
